At Saltline, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. Because swimwear is an intimate garment, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a defect claim:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Hygiene liners must be intact and tags must be attached
- Include your order number and photos of the defect in your email
Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
Hygiene Policy
For the health and safety of all our customers, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene liner has been removed or the garment has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. This policy is final.
Final Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
